Medical Marijuana Issue / Steve Kubby For President Campaign

"The Mendocino County Libertarian Party (MCLP) is NOT actively involved with the Steve Kubby for
President campaign, the MCLP has NOT endorsed the Steve Kubby for President campaign, and the MCLP has NO information concerning Mr. Kubby's issues over medical marijuana in Mendocino County.  The MCLP was alerted in a mass e-mail distributed by Mr. Kubby on March 26, 2007 to some apparent issue concerning medical marijuana users in Mendocino County.  We have attempted to gather more information from Mr. Kubby, but he has not responded as of this writing.

"Therefore, if you have concerns or questions regarding Mr. Kubby and his medical marijuana activism in Mendocino County, please contact his presidential campaign directly.

"The views expressed by Mr. Kubby are not necessarily the views of the MCLP."
